Slackware 14.2 latest httpd-2.4.46-x86_64-1_slack14.2 undefined symbols in mod_proxy.so
by ardya from LinuxQuestions.org on (#56PJA)
After updating latest httpd pkg, I restarted the service and saw the following:
httpd: Syntax error on line 127 of /etc/httpd/httpd.conf: Cannot load lib64/httpd/modules/mod_proxy.so into server: /usr/lib64/httpd/modules/mod_proxy.so: undefined symbol: ap_parse_strict_length
While this server doesnt utilize any proxying, I had to comment out all proxy modules, and their deps in order to successfully restart apache.
Also reported to info@slackware.com.
