Andrew Cuomo Is Worried Wealthy New Yorkers Won’t Come Back. He Should Be

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is begging wealthy New Yorkers to return, admitting the top one percent pays half of the state's taxes.

"I talk to them literally every day. I say. When are you coming back? I'll buy you a drink. I'll cook."

Federal bailouts and Cuomo's cooking cannot solve New York's fundamental problems, however: a hostility to markets and freedom, and the collapse of peace and order.
