clean up swap

Hi,
in my system :
free -gh
total used free shared buff/cache available
566G 463G 102G 39M 448M 100G
15G 15G 403M
I think that 15g swap is used because during the time OS written less accessed pages in swap.Right?
Is now good time to clean up the swap with swapoff -a then swapon -a?
