Additional IP on Debian 9

Hi everyone! Uknown problem with adding additional IP appeared:
- wrote via /etc/network/interfaces
- wrote via etc/hostname
- wrote via /etc/hosts
- added A and MX records in registrator's dns
- added dns-records at Vesta panel
- wrote ServerName in Apache
- ping of additional IP is good
- added VirtualHost - BUT - tried to send via second IP - all e-mail send via first IP only
In what is a problem?
