Wrong username in lightdm-greeter

Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a nice life! :)

Few days ago, I created a Ubuntu 20.04 VM in KVM, the host system is Debian 10. When I first started the VM and logged in to Ubuntu, I open a terminal and noticed the name moltle at the prompt, I guess I made a typo when creating the user at the install process, I changed it so it shows moltke instead, however, now whenever I start and log in to the VM, the name moltle shows in lightdm-greeter box https://imgur.com/BpEuZep I've been trying to fix this for days now without any luck so far, thus I decided to ask for help and see if anyone knows of a solution. It's not a big deal but still. Some things I've tried: editing lightdm's configuration files as shown by running
Code:lightdm --show-configrunning lightdm in debug with
Code:/usr/sbin/lightdm --test-mode --debugand noticed the only username that shows is moltke, https://imgur.com/Yn6v45W so moltle only shows in the greeter box. I read some posts as well as the lightdm articles in the arch wiki, debian wiki, ubuntu wiki, gentoo wiki, parabola wiki ... but nothing's worked so far ... I tried removing & reinstalling lightdm too, didn't work either. Like I said, it's not big deal really, system works fine, it's more something I'd like to learn whether or not it can be fixed somehow other than reinstalling which I rather not.
Thanks in advance for your answers :)latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=mV6X3uBaeP8:mJ6hMAq5d-w:F7zBnMy latest?i=mV6X3uBaeP8:mJ6hMAq5d-w:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=mV6X3uBaeP8:mJ6hMAq5d-w:gIN9vFwmV6X3uBaeP8
