Firefox and Icecat browser tabs crashing when attempting to play video

I couldn't find anything online or on these forums to fix the issue but then my google-fu has seemed to be worsening in recent years what with bloat results and everything but that's besides the point. A few people recommended to check about:crashes but that page doesn't seem to work for either browser, must have been removed as a feature, either that or about:crashes is the wrong url and my eyesight is going.
