youtube-dl post conversion

I donwloaded a video with youtube-dl. After downloading an mp4, it began to convert it into .mkv.
But I ran out of disk space and the conversion failed. Now I have an .mp4 file with no sound and a .webm file with no image that I moved to a partition with a lot more room. I don't want to download everything again. How can I merge them now? I cant' find that information in the man page.
