Trigger bash script on Bluetooth disconnect

Is it possible to trigger automatically an action (like to run bash script) when Bluetooth disconnects from receiver? I use Raspberry Pi as Internet radio and play via Bluetooth on soundbar. My goal is to trigger an action when Bluetooth connection will be down for example because of soundbar power cycle (even for 1 sec).
