Xubuntu 20.04, How to turn off all power saving?

I feel like I've looked at and turned off every possible setting to stop my desktop's screen from blanking after five minutes. Screensaver is disabled, XFCE4 Power Manager is disabled...and still it insists on blanking the screen within a few minutes of no mouse movement.

Grateful for any advice.
