Hello All
by Bartsl from LinuxQuestions.org on (#574NR)
Hello all,
I'm a new member. Very nice to see the invitation for new members, for a first question, or an introduction. It makes me feel right at home. So the first thing I do, after completing my profile, is to say hello.
I'm retired, and Linux is just a hobby. For 6 years I've been using Raspbian, from Weezy to Buster, on a Raspberry Pi. I came to like Debian and Raspbian, and they helped me to somehow keep in touch with Unix.
But on my brand new Pi 4B I tried just about every distro I that would work on the Pi. And I'm so happy I finally ended up with Slackware for arm. After working for several years professionally with SVR4, this feels like a sort of homecoming.
And any Slackware related question that I have, leads me to LQ. Happy to be here
Kind regards, Bart
