Would like to install gnome-hearts

On Ubuntu 20.4. I think I've managed to find a relevant page that relates to this, but as a beginner cannot begin to figure out where I go from here in installing it, and how. I've no idea where I even start.

Can some kind soul who understands Linux and these types of pages for installing software please walk me through this step-by-step as I find the instructions very confusing?
