Keyring Issues

I should know how to do this, but am having brain fart on it, and just stinking more in searches. But what I thought I knew didn't work.

I know it's a "security risk" but how do I permanently shut down this "keyring" nonsense?

Seahorse isn't doing it - says everything is empty

This is a new install and I DO NOT WANT THIS (sorry - really stressed out by this box today)
