Unfamiliar notification

Hi. My name is Fred, and I'm new to this forum. Been using Linux Mint 20 Ulyana for about 2 weeks. My problem is, when I play a game, I get a notification at the top of the window that says, "GL 122 FPS
BLIT Vsync Off."
When I watch a video, it's about the same, only it says Vsync On. Any ideas what that's about and how to make it go away? Appreciate any help I can get. Hey, everyone, have a great day!
