how to run a new instance of gnome-terminal without loosing focus?

I can run a script in a new terminal window with the following code:

Code:gnome-terminal -- ./myscript.shThis automatically makes the new window active which is very convenient.

In once case i would rather have the new terminal run in the background, though. Is there any way to do that?
