New Monitor

I got a samsung px 2370 monitor today. At first, I was trying to get things setup. I hooked up the monitor via hdmi and all seemed normal. The taskbar though, was too long. At full resolution of 1920x1080 it was a bit too long. At 1680x1050, it didn't fill the screen. Now I have no idea what the hades I did, but the desktop icons are huge and scrollable. KDE apps are way too huge. Dolphin icons are small, while the descriptions are huge. Titlebars are huge. That said, Firefox is normal everywhere but the titlebar. Anything not kde is normal except for the titlebar. What in blue billy hell did I screw up?
