Should I just replace my wifi card ?

I own a Dell E6440 with Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300...but the connection randomly but rarely(20% of the time) does not establish on resume. When this happens it enters a loop: it keeps trying to connect and it fails...this goes on forever. but If i disconnect manually and re-connect, the connection is established.
When the connection is established it does NOT drop out if I keep the computer on.(I kept the laptop on for like 8 hours and there were no disconnects).
Here are the things I tried:
(1) I connected to the 2.4ghz band since it provides better connectivity.
(2) I used wifi analyzer and it reported that channel 1 on the 2.4ghz band was the less crowded one, so I set the router's 2.4ghz channel to 1.
(3) I added REGDOMAIN=CA to /etc/default/crda
(4) I disabled IPV6.
(5) I added options iwlwifi 11n_disable=8 to /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
(6) I added wifi.powersave = 2 to /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
(7) dmesg | grep iwlwifi reports that the proper firmware has been loaded.
(8) I set the priority to 5.
(9) I ran iwevent, and when the connection does not establish on resume and enters the loop, it repeats just this: Scan Request completed
(10) Here is my wireless info: https://pastebin.com/3wf1fg8s
