Kentucky driver busted for hand-drawn license plate

Police in Millersburg, Kentucky, pulled over a driver last week after noticing that their license plate looked a bit "off model," as cartoonists say. The individual was also lacking auto insurance and driving on a suspended license.

The Millersburg Police Department offered this "pro tip": "Don't forget to draw the registration sticker."
