Facing problem in installing cylc in Ubuntu 20.4.. Need help urgently.

I am trying to install cylc in ubuntu terminal and facing an issue. Though i try to go for cylc 7.8.2 but when i check the version it always show 8.0a0. I am not able to solve this and neither can find any solution on internet.If anyone has faced similar issues and have a solution please let me know.
