Huh? What's THAT?

The subject is exactly what I thought when I went looking at a torrent I got earlier. Instead of the usual nest of directories with loads of spaces in the filename, I got one file:
<Full-Title>.1080i.HDTV.h264.AC3.MVGroup.org.ts

The file program describes it as 'MPEG transport stream data', and the old Star-Trek quote surfaces: "It's a video, Jim, but not as we know it!"

How do I get it back?
