Squid: ipcacheParse No Address records in response to 'app.powerbi.com'

I can't access app.powerbi.com through the company's network.
In the proxy, in the cache.log log already warns that there are no addresses for the name app.powerbi.com. Testing access outside the UNIPAM network, when you place app.powerbi.com in the browser, it redirects to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/pt-br/...%2Fapp.powerbi .com% 2F% 3FnoSignUpCheck% 3D1.
In teh access.log appears:
TAG_NONE/503 0 CONNECT app.powerbi.com:443 cesarsj HIER_NONE/- -
