How do I set up Ubuntu Server in Virtual Box using Multipass

Hi, I've been reading a book called 'Linux In Action'. It says to download Ubuntu Server and make a virtual machine in Virtual Box. However, Ubuntu Server does not have an iso file like in the example. Instead, it says to download Multipass.
I downloaded the Multipass version that is supposed to work with Virtual Box.
However, I don't know how to set it up.
I installed multipass, but don't know what to do next.
Do you know how I'm supposed to get Ubuntu Server working in Virtual Box, with the help of Multipass.
I don't know if an iso file is downloaded somewhere on the computer.
