Installed FoxitReader, Uninstalled it, now my pdfs are all type 'foxitreader' and won't change back to pdf

So I installed FoxitReader because I needed to fill in forms on a pdf document. And, to my knowledge and experience, stock 'Document Viewer' does not allow me to do.
I installed it using the installer from their website. I downloaded it to my home directory, installed it, edited the document and then went to uninstall. I uninstalled foxitreader using the uninstaller that came with the package.
Now, my pdfs are all type, 'FoxitReader Document,' instead of pdf. Or whatever it was before.
How do I get rid of the type 'FoxitReader Document' from my operating environment?
I installed using "FoxitReader.enu.setup.2.4.4.0911.x64.run.tar.gz".
I'm using Linux Mint 20.
Thanks in advance.
