KIOSK - Single Application MODE in RHEL or Ubuntu

Hello to Everyone
I need a big help, because i should prepare a KIOSK, basically that run in we can say single-Application Mode.
Basically it boots and it present to the user the application need it in full screen without the user can ran terminal, can print...etrc...
We should use RedHat 7.x but in case we should use also Ubuntu 18.04.
I tried to googled but i was not able to find anything worked for me.
