Anything is better than nothing, and it is a rank indictment of the province of Ontario that this can be considered a compliment. On Friday, with the second wave of COVID-19 too loud to be ignored, the province finally, truly moved. Toronto, Ottawa and Peel were all moved back into a modified Stage 2: no indoor dining in bars or restaurants or nightclubs; gyms and fitness centres will close, along with cinemas and casinos and more. Unnecessary travel is discouraged, all for 28 days.
