Make linux think usb flash drive is usb external hdd

I like the idea of linux treat all my usb storage, be it flash drive or not to be treated the same as usb external hardrive.

I just realize in dolphin , it has got "unmount" for external hardrive, and "safely remove" for external flash drive.
Somehow it just decided which device is which.
I want all my devices plugged into usb port to have "unmount" and "safely remove" (eject).

Why ? Because with unmount, the device is still listed in dolphin, i can mount it back without the need to unplug the usb and replug in.
I can do it in terminal to unmount, but if i can make dolphin or kernel to treat all usb devices the same, why not ? :)
It is very easy to configure, with just some register to be turned on.. but apparently :study: i just don't know what keyword to search in google , hence can't find the result.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=zcDFnPewMik:T4P_6l5DJqQ:F7zBnMy latest?i=zcDFnPewMik:T4P_6l5DJqQ:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=zcDFnPewMik:T4P_6l5DJqQ:gIN9vFwzcDFnPewMik
