VLC vs Smplayer(mpv) vs Audacious.
Can you spot any significant difference in sound quality ?
I can't.
Recently I came to know about the FLAC audio format so I ripped some of my Audio CDs as FLAC. Previously I had ripped some other CDs as MP3s (320kbps).
Honestly I don't think FLAC sounds any better but that's may be because of my 2.1 speaker's frequency response.
