Dnfdragora max/min window size

When opening dnfdragora the window size is too big vertically for the screen (not happening on any other machine) and the horizontal window size is about 2/3 the width of the screen. The bottom of the window is not visable (where the action buttons are "quit" "select all" and "apply". To see them I have to use the superkey (windows) plus left button on the mouse and move the whole window so I can see the botton of the window.
I can resize the window horizontally using the mouse and drag. I can not resize the window using the maxamise and minimise functions or using the mouse and drag.

If I start dnfdragora in terminal using
dnfdragroa --qt I get a window that fits the screen the mouse drag vertially and horizontally work as do the maxamise and minise functions

If I start dnfdragora in terminal using
dnfdragroa --gtk I get the same issue as described at the start.

If I start dnfdragora in terminal using
dnfdragroa I get the same issue as described at the start.

any ideas as to how to fix this window size when using just dnfdragora or dnfdragora --gtklatest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=cDjVtgpksqA:uPqQ2XysVy4:F7zBnMy latest?i=cDjVtgpksqA:uPqQ2XysVy4:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=cDjVtgpksqA:uPqQ2XysVy4:gIN9vFwcDjVtgpksqA
