Twin side-panel desktops

i want the control layout of a tandem cockpit
with a systems panel on the left and generally
mission or apps on the right

about the only thing that microsuck ever did
right was the color research, greens in the
tree-leaf range maybe a touch bluish if that
ios close r to ambiant are the easiest on the
eyes
