Is there any known 100% POSIX compliant OS?

I have been wondering if there is any OSes out there (Linux or not, guess it doesn't even have to be UNIX) that is fully 100% POSIX compliant? Because AFAIK neither Linux, the BSDs, or the other unix-like OSes that I know of are fully POSIX compliant. I think it would just be a fun OS to mess around in with qemu or something.
