Report: Panthers reopen facility after 2nd day without positive test
by Mike Alessandrini from on (#59B03)
The Carolina Panthers will reopen their team facility Wednesday after a second straight day without returning a positive COVID-19 test, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
As a result, Carolina's game Sunday against the New Orleans Saints is on track to be played as scheduled.
Carolina was forced to close its facility and work remotely Monday, a day after losing to the Chicago Bears in Week 6, after registering a positive test. No one has tested positive since then.
The Panthers placed offensive lineman Tyler Larsen on the COVID-19 reserve list two days before the game and added guard Michael Schofield to the list Monday.
