Hardware Compatibility List Access

I am having trouble viewing http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl/

When I do this I receive a 403 error/server access message.

I am trying to find out if the Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio sound card is supported.
