Delta temp sensor

Hi. Have been running fedora for some months now. But have still not adjusted my fans. I have liqued cooled pc and i have a corsair commander pro with two temperature probes. They are located at intake and exhaust, so what I did before in windows was controlling the fan speeds based on the delta of these two. Cant seem to find any fan control software that allows me to do this. Is it hard to calculate the delta of these two and make it appear as any other sensor? I found the input files in /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon0 (temp2_input and temp3_input).
