Writing JavaScript Object Notation Scripts

Hello,
I'd like writing .json sripts to automatize the persistence of Linux (or windows) UEFI distro's on bootable USB drive (created with the Ventoy tool).
I already know an online parser tool (http://json.parser.online.fr/)
but it's not enough.
It seems to me a little difficult but not so much, so if someone could help, it should be great.
