Command line help

Need help re-numbering lines in a text (not the order, just the numbering)

Example:

Title

5. line with text
8. line with text
13. line with text
7. line with text

Footer

Expected outcome:

Title

1. line with text
2. line with text
3. line with text
4. line with text
