Checking an hardware issue on a keyboard

Hello everyone,
I have recently installed Ubuntu 20.10 amd64 on a refurbished computer.
The hardware is a Lenovo ThinkPAD t440P.
Some keys of the keyboard are not working, as the numbers line of key above the letters keys, and the F keys above.
I try to understand if this issue is due to the hardware, or something else as a non installed Driver.
Would anyone have a trick to check it?
