How long do experienced Fedora users wait to install new releases (to avoid problems)

Hi
Not just problems with Fedora new releases, but also incombatability problems with other non Fedora programs or services that may or may not work.
ie When I installed F32 the network manager did not work untill updates fixed it
this time ie no support
F33 my VPN has error checking DNS failed because of a systemd problem.
I know some people wait till a respin is released, or some period of months, now I wonder, if the time to use F32 is when F33 is released?
