Problem with multi boot usb installer

I am running mint 20 cinnamon. I am trying to use multi boot to install voyager to usb. When I try clicking on run in terminal I get the error xt error. I have also tried disk imager but had different problem there.When I tried either Rufus or universal usb installer I extract the files, but then all I get is a list of files, and have no idea what the next step is. Any help is appreciated
