Democratic candidate Joe Biden addressed supporters in Delaware as the presidential race remained too close to call. 'We knew this was going to be long,' Biden said. 'But look: we feel good about where we are. We really do.'
Biden added: 'I believe we're on track to win this election.'
Biden emphasised the country had to wait until every vote was counted to determine the winner.
