NFS server and IPs

I have an NFS server on 10.3.210.xx and a client with 2 NICs on 10.3.20.xx and 192.168.xx.xx
The NFS server can reach the client on the 10.3.20.xx network but when I try mounting, it uses the 192.168.xx.xx interface.
Can I force the server with 2 interfaces to mount with the 10.3.20.xx network?
