update and upgrade failure

So I am trying to set up a Ubuntu server for a NextCloud instance. I have used Linux for years, but have never really dug in. Now I am trying. I have installed successfully Ubuntu serve 20.4. Everything was fine when I tried to update I receive an error for both update and upgrade. I tried to suggestions at the bottom, without success.
