With 72 new cases in 24 hours, Hamilton has broken its record for new daily COVID-19 infections - and if the city's case numbers continue to move in the wrong direction, associate medical officer of health Dr. Ninh Tran says Hamilton could see more restrictions imposed by the end of November.
