failed to refresh cache

I just installed 10.6.0 Debian and I keep getting the following message:
failed to refresh cache :E: The repository 'cdrom ://Debian Gnu/Linux 10.6.0_Buster_ -Official amd64 DVD Binary-120200926-10:17 buster Release' does not have a Refresh File.
I can use the command line so if I need to do something please let me know how to fix this.
