Queenston Road closed at Nash Street North after crash into hydro pole
A stretch of Queenston Road is expected to be closed for most of Monday morning following a crash believed to be caused by a medical incident.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Queenston and Nash roads shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 16 for a man who was without vital signs.
The man in his 20s was resuscitated by paramedics on scene and he was transported to hospital in stable condition, said Hamilton Paramedic Service Supt. Dave Thompson. He was talking with paramedics on the way to hospital.
The crash appears to have been caused by a medical issue.
Hamilton police said Queenston is closed between Nash Road North and Kenora Avenue for cleanup, including a downed hydro pole, said Hamilton police Const. Krista-Lee Ernst.
