[SOLVED] Fedora 31 mystery! is xscreensaver installed but also not installed??

My ultimate goal is simple: I want to uninstall xscreensaver. My problem is I clearly have xscreensaver installed and running, but DNF in Fedora swears it's not.

Please see my screenshot to see the exact problem? Is this a bug? A freaky conincidence and how next might I try uninstalling a program that isn't installed?!? Anyone have any ideas?
