no distro choice page

I have been dual booting for fifteen years. I recently decided to try running lubuntu alongside my regular Manjaro distro. I downloaded and installed as usual but after restarting there is no page asking which distro I want to open. The partition is there on Gparted but I can't figure out how to start it. Very bewildering.
