How To Restore OpenVZ 6 CT into OpenVZ 7 server

Hi,
I am currently running openvz 6 on centos 6 for my vps host server, which is comes to end of life.
I would like to move on to openvz 7 as soon as possible.
Question is how to restore my container vzdump from openvz 6 into openvz 7 server.?
Is there any specific application needed.?
