I had a problem with -current package libcap-ng-0.8.1 - placed in current 11/19

After running slackpkg+ this morning and upgrading the last weeks worth of packages I was unable to mount CIFS shares.
Kept receiving this error:
Unable to apply new capability set.
Nothing in logs that I could find.
Removed libcap-ng-0.8.1-x86_64-1 and then compiled libcap-ng-0.8 from source and now I have no issues.
