Issue with gnupg-2-2.24 and Yubikey

Hi, I can't get gnupg-2.2.24 work with my Yubikey 4 NEO.
I rebuilt 2-2.24 to see it link any new lib but didn't corrected my issue.
Then I built the 2-2.23(same script as in slackware64-current source), and my Yubikey is backing working again. Is a bug or a new option need been set.
I will try submit a Bug Report on https://dev.gnupg.org/ after my account been approval.
PS: I forgot the a site which has old Slackware package version for downgrade, can someone remind me?
