Installing Linux Mint beside Deepin 15.11
by wajed from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5AR92)
Hello,
- I'm trying to install Linux Mint 20 beside Deepin 15.11
- I'm following this tutorial
- I'm trying to use as little partitions as possible, to make things less cluttered!
- in steps, I need to understand what "EFI System Partition" is, why do this?
- also, what is " Device for boot loader installation", and why do this?
- is doing these steps safe for my existing Deepin installation?
- is there a clear way of how to do this? (considering deepin, etc...)
- please consider I already created a bootable USB using Etcher
