Which is the best distro for working with cctv footage.

I'm currently running opensuse leap but am looking to do a dual boot.
Opensuse will be used for my normal day to day work.
My new distro, I want to use only for working with & storing my cctv footage.
Sometimes you get footage that is a bit blurred so I want to be able go fo something like a pixel alignment on images.
So far I'm looking at kali or Arch but haven't made a final decision yet.
Do any of you have any suggestions which would be the best distro for this?
